Shipping & Delivery Policy
We’re happy to deliver your favorite styles to every corner of Pakistan! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
Delivery Coverage
- We offer delivery across all cities and regions of Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Whether you’re in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, or a remote area – we’ve got you covered.
Delivery Time
- Karachi: 4-5 working days
- Major cities (e.g., Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3–5 working days
- Remote/Rural areas: 7-8 working days
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on in-stock orders over PKR 15,000
- For orders below PKR 15,000, a flat delivery fee of PKR 350 for Karachi and Other cities depends upon location.
Order Confirmation
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via call or SMS.
- Your order will be processed and dispatched once confirmed.
Cash on Delivery (COD) / Bank Transfer (BT)
- We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in all cities and towns of Pakistan.
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- If your customized order (cash on delivery) amount is above PKR 10,000 then a minimum deposit of 60% will be required in the form of bank transfer.
Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
- You can track your parcel on our courier partner’s website or through our Track Order page
Important Notes
- Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
- If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.
- Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or public holidays – but we’ll keep you informed.
