Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (set your exact period).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
  • Only full-priced items are eligible for return. Sale/discounted / customized items may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for size, color, or damaged/defective items.
  • If your desired item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit.

Non-returnable items

  • Customized and Sales products are non-returnable.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Provide your order number, the reason for return/exchange, and photos (if the item is damaged).
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps, including packaging and courier pickup (if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For size or preference-based returns, shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility
